Great slack country day with Mike Weater. Up Richardson Ridge with a run down the backside. Skied over to Larch chair -hike up to Purple Bowl with beauty turns down. 2o min skin up Wolverine Ridge with another run down to Temple Lodge. Couple guys saw us go up Richardson and decided to follow us.We did not see them until hiking up Purple Bowwhere we saw a slide down front face of Richardsons. At the top of ridge, these guys went down the face and 1st guy got caught and dragged down to the bottom in waist deep snow. Marnie and Mom saw the whole thing from Summit Platter. It was a couple of Americans who had no clue - lucky to be alive.The pics are in reverse - 1st - Purple Bowl with turns behind me 2nd - hiking at top of Purple Bowl, Richardson in shade in background.
