1st Mountain bike of the year

Keith and I headed out on the mtn bikes today, my first ride on the trails this year. Little kids out there lovin it!

2.25 riding time around the Airport, Johnson Lake and Tunnel.

What an enormous weekend for bike racing around Alberta and B.C. Congrats to RMCC's Eric for taking the Elite in the Stampede Road Race with Scott 2nd in Master B, Matt fastest time in the Gran Fondo Highwood Pass and to mad man Jasperite www.corywallace.com for taking 4th in the 7 day BC Bike Race solo category....wish I could have taken part in one of the races. BC Superweek and Gran Fondo Okanogan in place as well.

Steve came over to assist with giving my mtn bike some love and check my road bike crank, unfortunately it's done :(

Sunny warm days this week, nice routine with the boys where they are napping in the Chariot every afternoon while biking. Up Surprise corner and around Tunnel to Rocky Resort and then 180 back has been the route. Stops at Cascade ponds for a dip tops it off.
