Little Bow and the livin's easy

Spent Canada day long weekend down at Little Bow, beauty hot bluebird days. Nana took Seth for 2 nights before we went down, our house was sure quiet without him.

Good times tubing on Digger's boat, nana and gramp's sailboat and drinks starting at noon.

Today in Banff was one of the hottest of the summer. Biked with the boys out to Johnston Lake to meet Copper and KB, damm a good grind pulling them.

Looking for cranks for my road bike as did not mention in previous posts that upon finishing the Banff Crit noticed my crank arm was very loose - ended up being stripped. HUGE cheers to Kucey at Soul http://soulskiandbike.com/ for lending me a Giant for Sunday's road race. In the meantime the bike will keep collecting dust hanging in the garage.

Excited to chill out and mountain bike for the duration of the summer with friends.
