Hammernight last night was my first one since beginning of June, man do I miss them. Nothing else like 10 yahoos pushing each other non stop for several hours - was like a little kid out there loving it.
Guess pulling my boys up the hills around town 4 days / week is paying off as felt well up Minnewanka and Norquay. But one thinks they have moderate fitness and then Colin comes around and simply lays it down - if only that guy actually raced.
Looks like a gorgeous weekend ahead.
